Student Access to Superior Middle School
Beginning the week of May 4th, student or parents/guardians will be permitted access to schools in order to retrieve personal items. We will be completing our student access with the schedule below based on your students last name.
*** 1 person will be allowed to access a locker either parent/guardian or student. If a parent chooses to access a locker please know the locker number and combination of the lock. All students or parents/guardians accessing schools will ensure they are following the screening protocols that will be posted at the building access point
All students or parents/guardians will access Superior via the Bus Loading Zone/Student entrance. There will be strict social distancing rules (2m/6ft) and tape on the floor to follow those rules. There will be gloves, hand sanitizer and garbage bags available upon entry.
Please check in with Mr. Chaisson or Mrs. Brown at the front door and a teacher will escort you to your locker to retrieve your belongings. Most lockers will be previously opened by teachers, however, you should have your locker combination on hand just in case. If lockers still cannot be open, there will be a few sets of bolt cutters on hand.
Parents and/or students are not required to wear masks, however, it is strongly recommended that people wear a mask in public settings.
Parents or students will observe sanitizing and hand washing protocols. Hand sanitizer will be available at entrance and exit points and must be used by anyone entering or leaving the school.
Parents or students will collect belongings in a timely manner and not be actively involved in socializing.
This will be the final time that students will have access to retrieve their belongings. Thank you for your understanding in this manner.
